Public Radio "To Go" with a new KUHF streaming app for your BlackBerry. Search for "KUHF" in the BlackBerry App World to get started.
Note: The KUHF BlackBerry app only works on BlackBerry devices running OS v.4.5 or higher. To verify your OS version, go to your Applications menu (most easily accessed by pressing the BlackBerry logo button while on the home screen), select Settings, and then select About. Your OS version should be listed on the first or second line.
If your OS version is below v.4.5 and you would like to upgrade, you can follow the instructions given here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/update/
- Install BlackBerry App World. To do so, you can either visit http://www.blackberry.com/appworld/download on your smartphone and install the software, or you can visit http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/appworld/download.jsp on your desktop computer for instructions on alternate ways to install.
- Once you have installed BlackBerry App World, open the program (it will either be located in your system menu or in the Downloads folder), and search for "KUHF." Once the search has completed, highlight and click KUHF, and choose Download. (If you're having trouble finding the application, you can also find it online here: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/7634).
- Once the KUHF application has finished installing, it can be found in your "Downloads" folder. The application works best on 3G or WiFi connections. EDGE (2G) connections can work in some situations, but may be unreliable depending on network conditions.
